The Success of Jason Hughes in Tenant and Buyer Representation

Entrepreneur and CEO Jason Hughes is an American entrepreneur and professional in tenant representation. He is the founder and CEO of Hughes Marino, a company that legally represents tenants and property buyers. He acquired an MBA from the University of San Diego and has since represented tenants’ property leases and purchases for three decades (Ideamensch).

 

After his higher education, successful businessowner Jason Hughes first worked for Cushman & Wakefield in Los Angeles then moved to San Diego. He has been working with his wife Shay for more than two decades. His company has grown from having a single office in San Diego to have Hughes Marino branches all over the US. Being one of the key industry players, Jason Hughes came up with a new bill for protecting commercial tenants in California signed into law by Governor Brown in 2014. His advanced negotiation skills have had him negotiate leases on behalf of California’s biggest individuals and companies.

Jason has received several awards and honours over the years for his exemplary skills and prowess in tenant and buyer representation, among them, being ‘broker of the year,’ ‘most admired CEO,’ and named among the 40 people under 40 to watch. Apart from being a prominent entrepreneur, Jason Hughes also participates in philanthropic and civic activities to give back to society. He is a member of the Child Abuse Prevention Foundation and has been on the San Diego County Taxpayers Association boards and New Children’s Museum.
